Humble beginnings…

Early in his career, Chris gained valuable experience as a successful restaurant and hotel manager. It was during his climb up the corporate ladder that caught the entrepreneurial spirit. So Chris got out of the rat race and pursued his entrepreneurial dream by running a successful high-end, luxury dry-cleaning business for 4 years.

Despite working for himself, Chris still felt trapped in his position working long hours. He eventually sold the business, and launched a successful event planning business.

A turning point…

It was doing event planning, that Chris discovered he enjoyed meeting people from various walks of life, and more importantly, helping them plan their events, meetings and seminars.

Little did Chris know that this was a pivotal turning point in his life!

Being able to pull off successful event one after another is no simple feat. It takes a special person to be able to do this.

Soon, word of his successful event planning was starting to get around. People quickly recognized his passion and dedication, and now other seminar and event promoters were calling on Chris to plan and run their events as well.

As he continued to plan and coordinate events for several well-known and influential people, this opened even more doors for him! Now they wanted Chris as their event host and master of ceremonies!

A new passion was born

It was at this time that Chris started acquiring knowledge on real estate investing. While investing in real estate and doing his research, Chris became aware of many government grant available for real estate investors.

Because of his knowledge of these government grant assistance programs, coupled with his unique gift to teach, Chris was invited by numerous educators to share his expertise on how to obtain government funding.

On a Personal Note

In early 2002, Chris met Nicky. Sharing the same personal values, beliefs and interests, they moved from courtship to marriage in August that year.

Despite his busy speaking engagements, Chris finds time to play hockey and enjoys an occasional round of golf with his close friends.
