property investment opportunity, plus save significant amount of purchase
cost (approx. $21,140 tax exemption). Without Chris’ material I would

Wow! I can’t believe how many unknown resources there are for free money after attending your “Free Money Seminar” and purchasing your program. I had totally different intentions when I attended with my friends in the hope of starting a new renovation business.
As I read through the materials I discovered a totally different opportunity, to help me put my two children through university. It was a difficult time with two kids attending university at the same time so it was a Godsend to discover that there were grants for attending school.

Our first grant was in the amount of $8,500 followed by a scholarship. Then, the same ‘gift’ was available for the second child with even more opportunities based on the different grants you outlined from different resources for specified areas of study.

Now onto the Business binder! Thank you Chris for the much needed financial assistance.

Thank you Chris Johnson for your Free Money course. You have really opened my eyes to the many possibilities of free money for my real estate business. I always thought there must be a way to find these sources, and your course has given me the links to get started. I have bookmarked a few of the websites you suggested to my favorites list.One of them is the Housing Authority of Colorado Springs that administers the Section 8 funding.

Through this program I just signed a Housing Assistance Payments Contract in which I will be receiving $831 directly deposited into my business checking account every month for the next year beginning Dec 1, 2010. That is a total of $9972 free money that supplements the rent for my tenant.

I am attaching a copy of the Housing Assistance Payment Contract and a picture of me holding the contract. In addition I have begun the process of applying to have an energy audit done on this same house with the possibility of a free furnace cleaning service and other possible energy savings funds. I am just getting started on the paperwork for this service.

I also located an energy grant for one of the buyers of one of my properties so they can replace old windows and have insulation blown into their attic.
I have just begun and I thank you for your course that has opened up these sources for me.

I would like to personally thank you for your Free Money Grant and Loan program. After attending one of your seminars, I couldn’t wait to find grants and scholarships for both Education and Real Estate. I applied for the FAFSA and was accepted which enabled me to begin the journey of fulfilling a lifelong dream of having a degree is Jewish/Israel Studies. Since receiving FAFSA, I have also received $4,000 in grants for my college education.

In addition, your Real Estate grant book has been a huge blessing. As an investor, I was able to help two young couples obtain the Florida Down Payment Assistance Program. The first couple received $7500.00 towards their closing costs resulting in not only the couple receiving a $450.00 check from the government when we closed, but it also reduced my closing costs by over $700.00. The second couple will be closing on their house soon with a $7500.00 in assistance. and your material that lead me to the Florida Down Payment Assistance Program has made that possible! Therefore, to date I have received approximately $27,000 in assistance. I am now ready to submit a couple small business grants and will keep you posted on the results.

My wife and I have been taking out student loans like there is no tomorrow. Every loan we take out we always tell each other, “It will be worth it in the long run!”

Fed up with pulling loans, we heard about your Free Money University. I purchased your package at an event and soon thereafter planned to attend the university. I currently work a weekend job and your class is held over the weekend. In order to attend I had to sacrifice the weekend’s pay. With me went my wife, my mom and my sister. We carpooled, bagged our lunches and shared a hotel room.

Within a few months of using your Free Money program, we gained the knowledge of how to apply for government grants. We used your step-by-step method and applied for the ecoENERGY grant by calling an auditor from the government. We replaced Energy Star windows, doors, furnace, air conditioner, and appliances.

Once the work was done, we received a cheque.

Also, using your methods, my daughter got her student loan for $1,700.00 from York University.

I got a loan of $21,132 from the CSBF (Canada Small Business Financing) Loan credit facility at the end of last year.

Your seminar gave me confidence to check the possibility of getting a government loan to start a coffee vending business and jump into the first business in my life.

Lo and behold, I got a loan and made the business get going from January. Even if the business is still slowly moving ahead, it’s a great step forward in my life as a man approaching the 59th birthday.

After my friend Hayden and picked up your Free Money package, our eyes opened to the various areas that we can start looking at for potential grants. From your guidance to start with government sites and agencies, I was able to find a program that sounded interesting and would allow me to give back to my parents as well: the Drain Grant offered by the City of Toronto. My parents’ place has been having severe plumbing problems for years, and it was related to the tree roots getting into the main drains. However, they did not fix it because of the cost.

The work is now complete, there are no more worries or incidents of the pipes back flowing and flooding the basement, and to top it all off we received the grant cheque for $1,575 CAD as well to cover most of the work! All of this within a couple of months of your initial presentation at the Annex. Amazing!

Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for your direction. Without the initial guidance, I would have never thought of going the government grant route to solve this problem.
