“ Dear Chris, We attended your seminar on “free money” and we bought and went through your training materials. Even though we knew that you and your team were available to us if we needed technical assistance, the thing that you helped us to do more than anything is to believe that we could do it. You inspired us to try.

“We started looking and we soon heard about an opportunity for real estate on the Gulf Coast that had an opportunity to not only acquire rental property but to actually receive a grant from the state of Mississippi to do it. The reason is that after the hurricane damage on the Gulf Coast, the state of Mississippi set up something they called the Mississippi Development Authority (MDA) to incent people such as us to invest in rental property on the Mississippi Gulf Coast which people may live.

You spoke on the exciting topic of getting money for free through grants and scholarships and loan forgiveness programs. The success stories you shared were compelling, so we took a chance and purchased your Free Money Grants and Loans Course.

“We received manuals and instructional CDs on obtaining money for real estate, business, and education, along with a step-by-step guide of how to do it. We have been eagerly listening and learning about the many opportunities available to us personally, and for our businesses.

“For our counseling agency, we gave our administrative assistant the business grant CD and manual to review. On behalf of Haven Center, she requested and received a grant for $3,000 from the Twin City Federal Foundation this past December. “For us personally, we discovered a federal rehab loan program, which we qualify for. The loan is deferred until we move, and then forgiven if we do not move within 15 years. The amount of the loan is up to $24,999, which we will use to replace windows and the roof.
